- Lifer Nature Tours will not share, sell, or rent clients' personal information to third parties, except as necessary to fulfill reservations or comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Security:
- Lifer Nature Tours will implement appropriate security measures to safeguard clients' personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Use of Cookies:
- Lifer Nature Tours may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the user experience and collect statistical data about website usage. These cookies do not gather personally identifiable information.

 Booking Policies and Additional Notes

A deposit of 1/2 of the total cost will be due at the time of making reservations. The remaining balance will be due at our office 45 days prior to your arrival. If reservations are made with less than 45 days before the arrival date, the full payment will be due at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies are as follows:

​

1. 60 days or more prior to arrival: A $50 handling fee will be charged. Lifer Nature Tours will make all possible attempts to recover deposits. These refunds will depend on the individual hotel policies.

2. Between 60-30 days prior to arrival: A $100 handling fee will be charged. Lifer Nature Tours will make all possible attempts to recover deposits. These refunds will depend on individual hotel policies.

3. Less than 30 days prior to arrival: All monies will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued if you leave the trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or involuntarily. No refunds will be made for services not utilized.
